Jim Lehr has more than 20 years of experience leading companies through start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt financing and fast-track growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he directs Presidential’s finance, controller and treasury activities as well as human resources, facilities and IT.
Before joining Presidential in 2003, Lehr was Chief Financial Officer of After Hours Formalwear, where he was a key contributor to the completion of the company’s sale to David’s Bridal. He has also been CFO at TIC Enterprises; Homebanc Mortgage Corporation and Impact Innovations Group, all in the Atlanta area. Prior to that, Lehr was Chief Accounting & Administration Officer for Heritage Media Corporation in Dallas, where he oversaw the company’s initial public offering and secondary public financing, and served on the management team that led a leveraged buyout spin-off.
