Jerry Brown is a 25-year veteran of the finance industry with extensive experience in all aspects of secured lending. As Presidential’s Chief Credit Officer, he establishes the company’s credit policies and procedures, develops and oversees operational procedures, and is responsible for documentation and workouts.
Before joining Presidential in 2005, Brown was with Textron Financial Corporation as Senior Vice President of Syndications for the Asset Based Lending Division, and prior to that, Senior Vice President, Group Credit and Operations Manager for the firm’s Asset Based Lending Group. Previously, he served as Senior Credit Officer at The CIT Group and held Audit Manager, Team Leader and Senior Underwriter positions at Heller Financial and Citibank. Brown holds an MBA from Cornell University.
